Raymond Chang, President of AACC
Pastor Raymond Chang founded and serves as president of the Asian American Christian Collaborative, an advocacy and spiritual formation organization that seeks to see Asian American Christians established in their spiritual and cultural heritage. He also serves as the Executive Director of the TENx10 Collaboration at Fuller Seminary, a collective impact endeavor aiming to reach 10 million young people with the gospel over 10 years.
Raymond spent over seven years as the Associate Chaplain for Discipleship at Wheaton College, where he received the Students’ Choice Diversity Award. He has diverse experience in pastoral ministry, including work with youth and adult congregations. Raymond also served in the Peace Corps in Panama, focusing on community economic development. Raymond’s work in advocacy has allowed him to engage with local, state, and federal agencies, including multiple invitations to consult with the White House.
He is a sought-after speaker on topics such as church, youth, race, and culture. He holds degrees from Wheaton College (B.A.) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MDiv). Additionally, Raymond has contributed chapters to several books and is currently pursuing his PhD on the intersection of Spirituality and Campus/Organizational Racial Climates.
