The Holy Spirit Is in Gold

A visual art piece celebrating the gift that Asian Americans are to one another.

I began this during Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. I am grateful for the raising up of Asian Americans in solidarity of each other, but also the gift marginalized people are to one another. We have the opportunity to both pour into and receive from each other. Our village is a net of giving and receiving, hospitality and compassion, and I am continuously grateful for it. I hoped to depict unique people groups as well as some flowers that tie to some specific cultures.
